Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

Delivery normally takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may require additional time.

You may open and inspect your order upon delivery. Please keep the original box, packaging, accessories, and all included contents in case you need to return the item.

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout or communicated by our team. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or address changes.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your order is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

Returned items must include the original packaging, box, accessories, and inserts. Items that have been used, altered, misused, or opened beyond reasonable inspection may not be accepted.

For Cairo and Giza, our courier may collect the item and provide a cash refund when applicable. For other governorates, the shipping company will collect the return, and the refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method or bank transfer. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.

Clearance or final-sale items, products without their original packaging or accessories, and items damaged through misuse are non-returnable.
