1) Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of selinza.com (the “Site”) and any services, content, or products offered by Selinza (“Selinza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) About Selinza & Products

Selinza is an online store based in Egypt offering perfumes and related products imported from trusted suppliers. Product names and trademarks mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. Selinza is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller for the original brand owners.

We make every effort to display product colors, packaging, and notes accurately; minor variations may occur due to lighting, batch codes, packaging updates, or screen settings.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4) Pricing, Availability & Errors

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update availability, and limit quantities per order. If we need to cancel or adjust your order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

5) Orders & Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include Cash on Delivery, card payments, and—where available—installment partners such as Valu, Banque Misr, and National Bank of Egypt). By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order total, including any taxes, shipping, and fees.

We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, policy violations, or stock/fulfillment issues. If your payment is captured for a canceled order, we will refund it.

6) Shipping & Delivery (Egypt)

  • Coverage: We ship across all Egyptian governorates.

  • Processing & Dispatch: Orders are typically processed promptly; we aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours on business days.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days depending on location and courier capacity. Remote areas may take longer.

  • Inspection on Delivery: You may open and inspect your order upon delivery. To be eligible for return, the original box and all contents must be present, even if opened for inspection.

  • Shipping Fees: As displayed at checkout or communicated by our team. Any re-delivery or address change fees may apply per courier policy.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. The below applies unless a product page states otherwise:

  • Return Window: Notify us within 3 days of delivery in case of defects, damage in transit, or receiving the wrong item.

  • Condition: The original packaging/box and all inserts must be present. Used or altered items may be rejected.

  • How Returns Are Collected:

    • Cairo & Giza: Our dedicated couriers may collect and refund cash on the spot when applicable.

    • Other Governorates: Returns are collected by the shipping company. Refunds are processed by us after inspection via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Refund Method/Timing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued promptly. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

  • Non-returnable Items: Opened/used items beyond inspection, items without original packaging/accessories, clearance/final-sale items (if labeled), or items damaged by misuse.

8) Warranty

Unless stated otherwise on a product page, Selinza provides a limited 3-day warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects or courier damage. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Egyptian law.

9) Promotions, Coupons & Gifts

Promotions and coupon codes are subject to their own terms (validity period, eligible items, usage limits). We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

10) Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

11) User Content (Reviews, Comments)

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant Selinza a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Site and our channels. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

12) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos) is owned by or licensed to Selinza and protected by applicable laws. Except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

13) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Site, including (without limitation) by: violating laws, infringing IP rights, engaging in fraud, interfering with Site security, scraping or reverse engineering, or sending malware/spam.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selinza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

17) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts in Cairo, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
